Description
CORE Construction and D. Stephenson Construction are soliciting subcontractor bids to construct an approximately 32,876-square-foot auditorium and black box theater addition at Coral Glades High School. The addition will include a ground floor and mezzanine and is being procured for the School Board of Broward County, Florida. The campus will remain operational during construction, requiring coordination of access restrictions, student and staff safety, maintenance of existing operations, and project phasing. Minority- and women-owned business enterprise participation is encouraged; MWBE bidders must be certified by the School Board of Broward County. Bid documents and prequalification information are available by emailing bids@coreconstruction.com. Bids must be submitted electronically as sealed bids through BuildingConnected.
