Description
Jackson County Intermediate School District, on behalf of Hanover-Horton School District, is soliciting proposals for an access-layer switching upgrade. The requested solution includes 14 Cisco C9300L-48UXG4X-EDU switches or equivalent equipment, 14 1100W secondary power supplies, 14 stacking kits with a long cable, and 100 feet of cabling. Vendors must include all necessary components and licensing for proper operation, identify whether licensing is perpetual or renewable, and provide alternate five-year and seven-year Cisco DNA Essentials pricing when proposing Cisco hardware, or equivalent licensing terms for alternate equipment. Proposals must include itemized hardware pricing, ordering quotes, the completed Price Summary Form, a notarized Conflict of Interest Affidavit, the Certification of Compliance—Iran Economic Sanctions Act Form, the Contractor Agreement Form, the vendor’s E-rate SPIN number, the Equivalent Equipment Questionnaire when applicable, and equipment availability or lead times. The proposal must include shipping to the district location, and vendors must have an E-rate SPIN designation and current Service Provider Annual Certification Form 473 on file.
