Description
The State of Utah is seeking an approved archaeology vendor to perform an archaeological survey supporting restoration activities on Bureau of Land Management and Utah Trust Lands burned in the Stookey Fire. The procurement is an invitation-only event limited to vendors on the approved archaeology vendor list, and pricing must be guaranteed for the entire project. The submission requires completion of an online bid table and upload of a completed cost sheet, along with required vendor certifications, company and representative information, tax and address information, and responses concerning debarment, conflicts of interest, tax liens, and other statutory prerequisites. Supporting materials include a statement explaining any affirmative responses to specified responsibility questions. No mandatory site visit is required.
