Description
Rite of Passage - Lava Heights Academy is seeking a provider for single-site Internet access and data transmission service with capacity from 100 Mbps up to 1 Gbps. The service may be delivered over copper, fiber, wireless, or satellite, and includes installation and initial configuration. Vendors must guarantee service delivery; budgetary quotes and generic vendor price lists will not be considered. Proposals must include all taxes and fees, separately identify eligible and ineligible products or services, support bandwidth upgrades without extending the original contract term, and use SPI invoicing. The proposed contract may include annual one-year or month-to-month extensions, not to exceed a total of 60 months. Equipment and services subject to FCC national security supply-chain restrictions are ineligible.
