Description
The project involves removing and replacing designated second-floor clerestory windows, vinyl siding, fascia, gutters, downspouts, and related roofing and flashing components at a library branch. Window work includes interior trim and drywall patching and painting as needed. The contractor must also provide specified underlayment, asphalt shingles, sheet-metal components, and continuous gutter leaf guards, and allow for replacement of up to 500 square feet of wood decking, 250 linear feet of fascia, and 100 linear feet of window framing at unit prices.
