Description
Health Canada is seeking skilled, licensed roofing labor to provide roofing system installation, inspections, preventive maintenance, repairs, renovations, additions, waterproofing, sheet-metal flashing work, and emergency response. The contractor must supply all required labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, scaffolding, lift equipment, and related estimating. Services cover conventional and inverted roof-membrane assemblies and materials including asphalt, metal, built-up roofing, modified bitumen, insulation, drains, membranes, ballast, and waterproofing mastics. The contractor must provide at least two qualified security-cleared personnel, including one security-cleared Red Seal roofing license holder with at least five years of comparable experience. Routine requests require a response within one working day; emergency requests require a response within two hours and, when necessary, arrival on site within four hours. The contract has a two-year initial term with three one-year option periods. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for October 8, 2026, and bids will be evaluated using the lowest evaluated price.
