Description
The City of Somers Point is soliciting proposals for roofing construction services from January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026. The City may make multiple awards for similar goods and services. Proposers should describe their experience and reputation, knowledge of the City and the subject matter, proposed compensation and billing basis, and any other factors they believe are in the City's best interest. Proposers must provide at least three references and indicate their years in business and approximate years doing business with the City. The selected contractor must comply with New Jersey mandatory equal opportunity requirements and indemnify and hold harmless the City as specified in the solicitation. The City may request a formal presentation from selected candidates and reserves the right to reject any or all responses.
