Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 6, intends to negotiate a sole-source contract with Stripes Global, a certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business and authorized manufacturer distributor, for quarterly Advanced Instrument/Nova Biomedical OsmoPro Max and GloCyte consumables. The products must be compatible with existing laboratory equipment and support continued laboratory testing and patient care at the Durham VA Medical Center. This special notice is not a solicitation for competitive offers. Interested sources must provide company name, address, UEI, point of contact, business size and socioeconomic status including SBA SDVOSB certification, a detailed capability and delivery/performance explanation, supporting technical information and relevant experience, a manufacturer distributor authorization letter, available pricing, and information supporting an alternative acquisition approach. The proposed sole-source award is subject to eligibility and responsibility verification, required approvals, and a fair-and-reasonable price determination under the VA's SDVOSB sole-source authority.
