Description
Henrico County is soliciting bids for safety and mobility improvements along Shady Grove Road and Old Nuckols Road. The work includes reconstructing and realigning a segment of Shady Grove Road between Old Millrace Terrace and Old Nuckols Road, constructing new roadway, curb and gutter, a shared-use path, drainage and stormwater-management facilities, and making utility adjustments. The project also includes modifications to complete an existing mini-roundabout at Shady Grove Road and Old Nuckols Road, milling and overlaying specified segments of Shady Grove Road and Old Nuckols Road, and restriping to provide in-street bicycle facilities.
