Description
Henrico County Recreation and Parks is seeking a secure, scalable, fully web-based and mobile-accessible recreation management software solution. The system must support technical hosting, security and compliance, membership management, integrations and data exchange, access control, customer profiles, administration, financial and payment processing, marketing and communications, facility and shelter reservations, program and activity management, waivers and forms, reporting and analytics, and training and implementation. The selected contractor will provide implementation support, data conversion and interfaces, project management documentation, system documentation, training, maintenance, service-level commitments, customer and staff-facing functionality, and ongoing support. Proposals must address the functional and technical requirements in Attachment J and provide pricing using Attachment K. The proposal response includes a signed proposal sheet, business classification and Virginia registration information, proprietary-information identification, insurance specifications, applicable certifications, a solution requirements response in Excel and PDF, technical and management narratives, qualifications and references, pricing, exceptions, assumptions, and related proposal materials.
