Description
The Billings Area Indian Health Service intends to award a firm-fixed-price sole-source contract for dental oral surgeon staffing at Blackfeet Community Hospital. Services include comprehensive oral and maxillofacial surgery, patient consultations, and minor and major surgical procedures at the Blackfeet Service Unit clinic location. The estimated value is $40,000. The anticipated performance period is three months from award, with a possible option to extend services for up to six additional months under FAR 52.217-8. The notice identifies James Jerman, D.D.S., as the intended sole-source awardee based on current credentialing and privileging, an established clinical relationship with the patient population, and the ability to begin without a lapse in care.
