The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a qualified vendor to provide approximately 2.5 to 3 full days of structured, in-person training for validated digital denture and fixed prosthodontic workflows. Required instruction includes Oversize and Ivotion Dentures using both 3Shape and CAM workflows, as well as Crown and Bridge, Screw Retained Crown and Bridge, and Custom Abutments. The training must standardize digital workflows across participating sites, improve staff proficiency with existing digital equipment, reduce variation in product quality, and support timely patient care. Implant-supported dentures and dentures over titanium bars are expressly excluded because those workflows are not currently validated. The contemplated contract is firm-fixed-price, with performance scheduled from October 12 through October 15, 2026.
