Description
The Idaho Division of Public Works is soliciting bids to replace deteriorated dry fire suppression systems in six residential cottages at the Idaho School for the Deaf and Blind. The work includes replacing failing piping and valves with modern, code-compliant fire suppression systems integrated into the existing buildings while minimizing disruption. Three alternates are identified: replacement of the sprinkler system in Cottage 4, Cottage 5, and Cottage 6. The estimated project cost is $615,180.
