Description
The Burley Highway District is soliciting sealed bids for approximately 60,000 tons of gravel meeting the 2024 ISPWC specifications for 3/4-inch crushed base gravel. The successful bidder must crush the gravel at the District's pit and include all costs, including mobilization, in the per-ton bid price. Bids must state the price per ton and total estimated quantity. Each bid must include either a bidder's check payable to the Burley Highway District or a bid bond from a qualified surety company, in an amount of at least 5% of the amount bid. The solicitation also references bidding instructions, contract documents, specifications, and a performance deadline available from the District office.
