Description
The City of Salem is soliciting bids for the relocation of furniture, equipment, and office items from the Parkway Building at 440 Church Street SE and the Broadway Building at 2850 Broadway Street NE into the Salem Civic Center at 555 Liberty Street SE. Bids must be submitted using the furnished bid forms through the Bid Locker portal by the stated closing deadline. A pre-bid conference is scheduled at the Salem Civic Center. A bid security equal to 10 percent of the bid is required. Work performed under bids exceeding $50,000 is subject to Oregon prevailing-wage requirements, and the contractor must comply with applicable civil-rights, nondiscrimination, and subcontracting-notification requirements.
