Description
Clackamas County seeks a towable mobile command center for search-and-rescue operations. The requested solution is an approximately 28-foot enclosed trailer with aluminum construction, shelving and cabinets, climate control, electrical and lighting systems, generator capability, water and sanitation systems, windows and doors, ramp access, stabilization equipment, and related interior and exterior upgrades. The specifications also identify optional or configured equipment such as a 7.0 kW generator, solar recharging, communications cable access, work surfaces, televisions, microwave, refrigerator, safety equipment, and other operational accessories. The awardee must provide and install the trailer and submit a concise quote identifying the proposed items, delivered pricing, warranty information, and estimated delivery time. The estimated project total is $130,000, and the proposed not-to-exceed price will be considered in selection. Delivery is required within six months of the supplier's receipt of the order, or by a date specified by the supplier. The quote must include the County Quote Certification Form.
