Description
The State of Oregon Department of Administrative Services is soliciting construction services for security upgrades at the Justice Building parking lot. The project includes delegated design and deferred submittals for a decorative metal fence and gate systems; installation of perimeter fencing, two automated vehicular gates, four automated pedestrian gates, and low-voltage electrical infrastructure for access-control and communication systems. The work also includes demolition and removal of existing asphalt concrete, curbs, and sidewalks; salvage and relocation of identified site elements; patching and repairs; and restoration of curbs, sidewalks, and asphalt pavement affected by construction. The project is a public improvement subject to applicable Oregon public-improvement and Buy America requirements. A mandatory pre-bid conference is required for bid responsiveness.
