Description
The City of Laredo is soliciting informal bids for site improvements at the intersection of Jacaman Road and McPherson Road. The project includes the construction of approximately 1,011 square feet of 7-inch reinforced concrete driveway, 396 square feet of sidewalk flatwork, and 4 ADA-accessible ramps. The scope of work involves full site preparation, excavation, subgrade compaction, installation of control and expansion joints, proper grading for drainage, and complete site cleanup. The contractor will also be responsible for traffic control, including pavement striping, markings, and deployment of traffic control devices. All ADA ramps and pedestrian zones must be approved by a TDLR/RAS official prior to project acceptance, and the contractor must adhere to all plans and city standards. The project is expected to be completed within a minimum of thirty (30) working days.
