Description
Hidalgo County is requesting proposals for debris monitoring and management services to support disaster recovery efforts. The awarded contractor will monitor debris removal operations, ensure compliance with FEMA, FHWA, TxDOT, and TCEQ regulations, and provide documentation for reimbursement. Services include field monitoring, truck certification, load ticket processing, data management, and reporting. The contract is for one base year with two optional one-year renewals, activated on an as-needed basis following disasters such as hurricanes, floods, or tornadoes.
