Description
The City of Laredo is soliciting bids for its Phase I Manhole Rehabilitation Program. This project involves the rehabilitation of manholes within the city's utilities infrastructure. Vendors are strongly encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid meeting scheduled for Thursday, July 02, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. at the Utilities Administration Office, 5816 Daugherty, Laredo, Texas 78041. Bids must be submitted electronically through Cit-E-Bid. Mailed, telegraphic, or facsimile proposals will not be considered. A cashier's check, certified check, or bidder's bond for not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid amount is required as a guarantee to enter into a contract and execute performance and payment bonds for contracts exceeding $25,000.00. Bids submitted without the required check or bond will not be considered.
