Description
The City of Kingsville is seeking proposals for the provision of high-speed internet and data services. The city requires fiber high-speed online connections at twelve different internet sites, with specified minimum bandwidth requirements for each location. Construction costs, if required for circuit establishment, must be included in the proposal. Service at each location must be provided and maintained to avoid downtime. The contract term is for one year, with the option for the City to renew for four additional one-year terms, for a total potential contract period of five years. Vendors will be evaluated based on experience, work performance, capacity to perform, and proposed cost. Required submission documents include a statement of conflicts of interest, System for Award Management (SAM) verification, Form 1295 (Certificate of Interested Parties), Certification Regarding Lobbying, and Form CIQ (Conflict of Interest Questionnaire). Small and minority businesses, women's business enterprises, and labor surplus area firms are encouraged to participate.
