Description
The City of Tampa Parks & Recreation Department is seeking quotes for Red Canyon Baseball Clay, with an estimated quantity of approximately 400 tons over a 12-month period. The solicitation includes two line items: clay delivered to the City, with delivery included in the per-ton price, and clay supplied for customer pickup using the City's truck. Substitutions are not permitted. Vendors must submit pricing through the electronic procurement portal, complete the vendor questionnaire, and provide authorized representative information and Florida business-license information. If claiming public-records exemptions, the vendor must also upload a redacted copy of the submission with applicable statutory citations and indemnification agreement.
