Description
The City of Saint-Jérôme is soliciting bids for the purchase of aggregates and abrasive materials for the period from January 1 through December 31, 2027. The contract will be awarded using an open competitive procedure based on the lowest proposed price. Bids may be submitted either physically to the City's registry service in a sealed, opaque envelope or electronically through the Quebec government's electronic tendering system. The solicitation states that applicable trade agreements include the Quebec-Ontario Agreement, the Canadian Free Trade Agreement, and the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement.
