Description
The Erie County Land Bank is seeking a qualified contractor to demolish and remove all existing structures and foundations at 722 West Church Street in Corry, Pennsylvania. The scope includes debris removal and legal disposal, removal of impermeable surfaces, backfilling of basements and below-grade excavations, grading, utility capping and surveying, topsoil placement, seeding, mulching, dust control, traffic control, and final site cleanup. The selected contractor must obtain required permits, protect sidewalks and neighboring property, comply with applicable Pennsylvania environmental and waste-disposal regulations, provide specified insurance naming the Erie County Land Bank as an additional insured, and complete the work within 30 days after contract execution. Quotes must be submitted using the provided quote form.
