Description
The Village of Southampton is soliciting sealed bids for replacement of the LULA elevator at the Village Police Station. Bidders must comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, New York prevailing-wage requirements, contract requirements, and the non-collusive bidding certification. The Form of Proposal must include relevant experience on projects of similar scope. Each bid must include either a certified check or a bond equal to 5 percent of the total bid. A mandatory pre-bid walk-through is not stated; the notice schedules a pre-bid walk-through for October 8, 2026, at the Village Police Headquarters. The successful bidder's security will be held until contract security is provided under the bid package requirements.
