Description
The City of Warner Robins is soliciting competitive sealed bids for Gas Easement Remediation. The scope of work includes the installation of approximately 144 linear feet of 36-inch reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) for nine culvert crossings, nine RCP flared end sections with trash racks, 270 square yards of type 3 riprap, and access drive improvements. Access drive improvements involve the installation of 4,000 square yards of 200-lb woven fabric and 720 tons of #4 surge stone, along with associated grading and erosion control measures. The project is expected to be completed within 90 consecutive calendar days. The contractor will be responsible for coordinating with the City of Warner Robins and other utility owners. All work must adhere to the provided plans and specifications. The project will be managed by GWES, LLC. Plans, specifications, and contract documents can be obtained for a non-refundable fee of $200 from GWES, LLC. at 733 Carroll Street, Perry, GA 31069. A bid bond or certified cashier's check for 10% of the base bid is required with each bid. The contractor must also supply a business license/occupational tax certificate and E-Verify documentation with their bid. The City of Warner Robins is responsible for Section 404 Clean Water Act Permitting, while the contractor must obtain all other necessary Federal, State, and local permits prior to the Notice to Proceed.
