Description
Mad Dog Construction, serving as construction manager, is soliciting trade-contractor proposals for Florida State University's West Park Avenue facility razing project. Available bid packages include hazardous material abatement, selective demolition, electrical and site lighting, sitework, and landscaping. Bidders must obtain the electronically distributed bid package and plans from the project coordinator and complete a separate pre-qualification process. Sealed bids are due at the construction manager's office by 2:00 p.m. on October 6, 2026. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting and a written-question deadline are also specified.
