Description
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration is seeking 28 each of two Aalborg thermal mass flow meters: model GFM17S-VAN6-A0, calibrated for 0–10 standard liters per minute, and model GFM37S-VAN6-A0, calibrated for 0–30 standard liters per minute. Both meters must have 316 stainless-steel bodies, Viton-A seals, 1/4-inch compression fittings, no display, and 0–5 VDC output. The requirement also includes 56 CBL-D5 9-pin female D-connector cables with 3-foot leads and 0–5 VDC output. Shipping is FOB destination, and Buy American requirements apply. This is a firm-fixed-price, low-price, technically acceptable request for quote with a total small-business set-aside. Offerors must be authorized brand-name resellers. The government intends to award a single purchase order based on initial responses, without discussions unless needed to resolve remaining issues.
