Description
The U.S. Air Force is seeking one high-reach slope mower attachment for ground maintenance, grass cutting, and vegetation control. The attachment must provide at least a 9-meter horizontal reach, operate from an independent hydraulic system powered by a PTO shaft, support lateral operation, include appropriate safety and flotation features, and provide both a hydraulic flail head and hedge cutterbar. It must be compatible with Massey Ferguson 6400/7400 Series farm tractors, with adaptable mounting brackets for other tractor brands. The requirement includes all installation costs, associated materials and transportation, delivery of the operational equipment, and a technical briefing after installation. The quotation must include CLIN pricing, a sufficiently detailed product description, proof of active SAM registration including UEI and CAGE information, and the required representations. The acquisition is full and open, firm-fixed-price, and for one commercial product; past performance is not evaluated.
