The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting non-personnel services to inspect Department of Defense fuel tanks at Vandenberg Space Force Base. The scope includes removing, disposing of, and transferring remaining fuel; cleaning the tanks; replacing wiper seals; and performing aboveground storage tank inspections on the tanks listed in Attachment B. Amendment 0001 provides the previously missing Addendum to 52.212-1. The opportunity is set aside for a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. No additional technical, pricing, bonding, insurance, or submission-package requirements are provided in the supplied materials.
