Description
The State of Delaware Commission for Statewide Contracts to Support Employment for Individuals with Disabilities is seeking one or more Central Nonprofit Agencies to support statewide contracts that promote employment opportunities for individuals with visual impairments and other disabilities. Selected agencies will recruit and assist Community Rehabilitation Programs, facilitate subcontract distribution, manage service deliverables and subcontract administration, handle customer relations, educate and train participating programs, market products and services, research potential offerings, prepare purchase orders and invoices, and make timely payments to Community Rehabilitation Programs. Applicants must demonstrate tax-exempt nonprofit status, the ability to manage contracts in Delaware, expertise in employing individuals with disabilities, and the capacity to perform the duties of a Central Nonprofit Agency. The designation term is three years, with eligibility to apply for another three-year renewal. The response must address the required qualifications, capabilities, cost parameters, and current set-aside pricing scenarios for document and mail preparation, janitorial services, remanufactured toner cartridges, and temporary employment services.
