Description
The U.S. Navy is soliciting hydrazine reagent as a chemical supply. The requirement includes compliance with applicable technical documents, specifications, quality-assurance procedures, preservation, packaging, packing, and marking requirements, including MIL-STD-2073 where specified. The contractor must support production-lot testing by providing samples and vendor-certified reports of test and inspection, including Form DD-1222, for each applicable combination of contract number, National Stock Number, and item nomenclature. Safety Data Sheets and Globally Harmonized System-compliant labels must be provided when applicable, and hazardous-material shipments by military air require a signed Shipper’s Declaration for Dangerous Goods. Authorization to ship must be obtained before shipment after the required testing package is reviewed.
