Description
The Town of Wiscasset and the building owner are soliciting qualified contractors to perform carpentry and painting services for the facade of the commercial building at 80 Main Street. The work is partially funded through a Community Development Block Grant Business Facade Grant and is subject to applicable federal and state program requirements. The contractor must comply with Davis-Bacon wage requirements and provide certified payroll reporting. The detailed scope of work is contained in the full bid package, which is available from the Economic Development Director or through the town's website. Bids may be mailed or hand-delivered; email and fax submissions are not accepted.
