Description
Maury County Government is seeking a contractor to replace 11 deteriorating windows at 1 Public Square, including three arched facade windows, four square facade windows, and four square windows on the west side of the building. Replacement windows must be double-hung, aluminum-clad, color-matched, and have a similar grille style to the remaining windows. Existing windows must also be resealed. The work includes site preparation, safety and dust mitigation, demolition and disposal of existing windows and trim, inspection of sills, studs, and headers, installation and waterproofing of new windows, daily cleanup, and a 20-year warranty for the replaced windows. The contractor must provide all labor and materials, including safety perimeter fencing, lifts, and dumpsters, and bidders are required to schedule a site visit before submitting a bid. The bid must include the provided Bid Form, applicable licensing information, product brochures and specifications when requested, warranty information, the signed Title VI Contractor Policy materials, and required affidavits. A payment and performance bond covering the full contract amount is required only if the project exceeds $100,000.
