Description
The Indianapolis Airport Authority is soliciting electronic bids for the GTC Building Interior Renovation, Project I-25-022, at Indianapolis International Airport. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, materials, and related work necessary to complete the project in strict accordance with the drawings and specifications. The listed construction categories include commercial and institutional building construction, poured concrete foundation and structure work, drywall and insulation, tile and terrazzo, and finish carpentry. Bids must be submitted electronically through PlanetBids. Each bid must use State Board of Accounts Form No. 96, include a financial statement, be properly executed, and include a completed non-collusion affidavit and a scanned bid bond of at least 5% of the contract amount. The successful bidder must provide performance, material, and payment bonds totaling 100% of the contract price. Contractors performing work under an IAA contract estimated at $150,000 or more must be prequalified with the Indiana Department of Administration or Indiana Department of Transportation.
