Description
The Department seeks a one-year subscription for Informatica Gold Resident Architect Professional Services to support its Informatica environment. Services include strategic advisory, solution architecture and design, implementation and deployment guidance, operationalization, user enablement, and quarterly engagement reviews. The work also covers data integration, ETL practices, data cataloguing and quality, data governance, master data management, cloud integration strategy, platform assessment and modernization, performance optimization, and capability planning. The bidder must provide an Informatica-approved Gold Resident Professional and written proof from Informatica that it is authorized to resell the service. The cost proposal must use the provided response form and quote all required quarterly rates. The administrative submission includes specified state certifications, bidder information, workforce and MWBE/EEO forms, and a vendor responsibility questionnaire. Workers’ compensation and disability benefits coverage proof is due with the bid; other insurance proof is required after tentative award. Subcontracting requires prior written Department approval.
