Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is soliciting construction proposals for Phase One West of the 608-20-101 Loop Road project. The scope includes cast-in-place structural and exterior concrete, architectural precast concrete cladding units, concrete masonry unit and brick assemblies, natural cut stone veneer, masonry mortar and grout, reinforcement, anchors, joint treatments, sealants, mockups, testing, erection, installation, cleaning, and related labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and quality control. The attached specifications require detailed product data, design mixes, shop and erection drawings, samples and sample panels, mockups, material certificates, testing reports, manufacturer and fabricator qualifications, and other technical submittals. The opportunity is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. Amendment 7 extends the proposal deadline to September 4, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. EDT and requires acknowledgment of the amendment.
