Description
The Town of Bedford is soliciting a complete, supported hardware solution consisting of four identically configured HPE ProLiant DL380 Gen11 rack-mounted virtualization servers and two identically configured HPE MSA 2070 dual-controller iSCSI storage arrays. The servers must support VMware vSphere/ESXi 8.x and 9.x, include specified processors, memory, networking, redundant power, boot storage, management licensing, rails, and five-year hardware support. The storage arrays must include the specified SAS drives, hot spares, Advanced Data Services licensing, connectivity, factory integration, and five-year manufacturer support. The scope also includes all required DAC cables, SFP/SFP+ transceivers, multimode fiber, and Cat 6 cabling to connect the servers and storage arrays to Cisco Nexus and Aruba switches. Equipment must be new, factory-sealed, manufacturer-supported, fully integrated, and delivered with shipping included. Respondents must be authorized HPE resellers, may not substitute listed items without prior written consent, must complete the Bid Contact Information, Bid Compliance Table, and Bid Price Schedule, and must provide expected delivery timing and identify any exceptions or unsupported components.
