Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking one new STERIS InnoWave PCF Sonic Irrigator with Thermal Disinfection and Robotic Program, along with a detergent level sensor assembly and 6 mm x 1/8-inch flow elbow. The vendor must deliver the equipment, install and set it up, verify operational performance, provide standard manufacturer warranties and user and maintenance documentation, and coordinate activities to minimize disruption to sterile processing operations. The scope also includes deinstallation and disposal of the existing ultrasonic cleaner, removal and disposal of packaging materials, and onsite operational training for sterile processing staff covering operation, routine user-level maintenance, safety, troubleshooting, and manufacturer-recommended practices. Delivery is required within 45 days after receipt of order, while installation, verification, and training must be completed within 90 calendar days after award unless otherwise coordinated and approved. Quotes will be comparatively evaluated based on price, past performance, and speed of delivery.
