The Dormitory Authority of the State of New York is soliciting bids for replacement of boilers in Buildings 16 and 17 at Hutchings Psychiatric Center. The work includes asbestos abatement and hazardous materials abatement associated with the boiler replacement project. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for November 5, 2026, and prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to attend. Contract documents are available through the planroom to registered planholders; digital download registration is required to become a registered planholder, and printed or CD copies may also be ordered.
