Description
North Idaho College is soliciting proposals from a single vendor to design, furnish, install, integrate, tune, commission, document, and provide training for a modern professional sound reinforcement system in the 1,100-seat Schuler Performing Arts Center. The system must support touring productions and in-house theatre, concert, dance, lecture, and musical events, with full audience coverage, speech reinforcement, full-range music reproduction, controlled dispersion, LCR capability, and minimal visual impact. The scope includes main loudspeaker arrays, center cluster, front fills, balcony delays where appropriate, subwoofers, eight stage monitors with eight independent amplifier channels and monitor mixes, amplification, DSP, networked audio, control and monitoring software, rigging, cabling, rack fabrication, labeling, system alignment, acoustic measurement, commissioning, as-built documentation, manuals, spare-parts information, and staff training. The proposed system must integrate with the existing Yamaha DM7 and Dante network and include predictive acoustic modeling, design drawings, equipment lists, installation timeline, cost breakdown, and warranty and service options. A minimum three-year warranty after commissioning is required, and the target completion date is January 2027.
