Cataldo Water District is requesting statements of qualifications from qualified professional engineering firms to prepare a comprehensive Drinking Water Facility Plan and associated environmental review documentation meeting Idaho Department of Environmental Quality requirements for Drinking Water State Revolving Fund financing. The consultant will be selected through a qualification-based selection process under Idaho Code § 67-2320, and firms must not submit proposed fees or hourly rates with their qualifications. The complete Request for Qualifications, including the project scope, submission requirements, and evaluation criteria, must be requested by email from the District. Questions must be submitted in writing by September 18, 2026, and statements of qualifications must be received by September 30, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time, according to the complete RFQ instructions. Disadvantaged, minority-owned, and women-owned business enterprises are encouraged to respond.
