Description
The Idaho Transportation Department is soliciting sealed bids for work upgrading signal equipment at seven intersections in Bonner County: US-2 and Division; US-95 southbound and US-2/SH-200; US-95 northbound and US-2/SH-200; SH-200 and Kootenai Cutoff; SH-200 and McGhee; US-95 and Bonner Mall Way; and US-95 and Kootenai Cutoff/Schweitzer Cutoff. Bids must be submitted in sealed form by hand delivery, USPS, or FedEx/UPS. Bidders must appear on the plan holders list, and plans, proposals, and specifications must be downloaded through QuestCDN for a $22 fee. Design-related questions must be submitted through QuestCDN. The contract requires compliance with Title VI and encourages use of disadvantaged firms and equal opportunity for sub-bidders and suppliers.
