Submission Instructions
Description
The City of Spokane is seeking curb and valve boxes for use by its Water & Hydroelectric Services department. The procurement will establish a value blanket order under which products are ordered as needed, with payment made only for products ordered, received, and accepted; quantities are not guaranteed. The contract begins upon award for one year and may be renewed annually at the City's discretion, subject to mutual agreement, for a total term of up to five years. Suppliers must be able to provide product warranties, specify lead time in business days after receipt of order, furnish the latest available design and production, and comply with applicable materials-origin certification requirements for steel materials.
