Description
The City of Warner Robins is seeking bids for the purchase and delivery of one to three new, unused Bullard QXT Pro thermal imaging cameras, or approved equivalents, for its Fire Department. The final quantity will depend on pricing and available funding. Unit pricing must include shipping, handling, and delivery. Equivalent products must identify the manufacturer and model, provide documentation demonstrating comparable performance, functionality, durability, and suitability for firefighting applications, and clearly identify differences from the reference product. Bidders must identify included accessories, including batteries and charging equipment, disclose separately priced options, provide available manufacturer warranty information and operating and maintenance manuals, and state the anticipated delivery timeframe after receipt of a purchase order. The equipment must be delivered new, unused, undamaged, and complete with all required accessories.
