Description
New Milford Public Schools is requesting proposals for a design package, itemized equipment pricing, and installation of an IP video distribution system at New Milford High School. The system must route any video source to any display, support 4K60 video, provide scalable transceiver capacity, and include touch-panel control for nontechnical users. Confidence-monitoring locations include the band room, chorus room, electronic music room, woodshop room, Room 1503, and the theater lobby/hallway, where a television must be installed. The selected vendor must provide equipment and installation, deliver an itemized pricing form for district orders, and complete the evaluation, design, specifications, and cost estimates within 30 days after award notice or contract signing, whichever is later. Proposals must include a statement of understanding and qualifications, at least three similar-project references, a transmittal letter, required licenses or permits, design-team resumes, and completed appendices. Proof of insurance must accompany the proposal, including workers’ compensation, general liability, property damage, and automobile/truck coverage. Subcontracting or assignment is prohibited without the District’s express written consent.
