The project requires complete demolition of four existing structures at Waterfall Glen Forest Preserve. Work includes removing foundations, septic tanks, sanitary manholes, pavement, and all associated man-made debris, along with site protection and restoration. A 10% bid bond is required. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled at the project site, and bids are due November 13, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Central Time.
