Lemont High School is seeking proposals for one 1 Gbps dedicated fiber circuit with an IPv4 /29 static address block providing six usable addresses at 800 Porter Street, Lemont, Illinois. Leased lit fiber proposals must include internet access, and vendors should identify any applicable one-time special construction costs and installation or initial configuration requirements. Pricing is requested for 24-, 36-, and 60-month options. Vendors must separately identify any E-Rate-ineligible products, services, or components bundled with eligible offerings and provide the eligibility percentage for any ineligible portions. The school may award leased lit fiber and dedicated internet services separately or to multiple providers, and quantities may be adjusted to accommodate changes in sites, lines, or users.
