Description
Lemont Park District is soliciting sealed lump-sum bids for the development of Derby Farms Park and improvements to 127th Street Court. Bidders must complete the qualification process described in Section 004395 of the project manual and submit the required qualification documents with their bids. Each bid must include a bid guarantee of at least 10% of the bid amount in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or bank draft. The successful bidder must provide performance and labor and material payment bonds for the full contract amount. The project is subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act. A non-mandatory pre-bid site walk-through is scheduled for October 14, 2026; non-attendance may be grounds for rejection.
