Auburn University is soliciting sealed proposals from pre-qualified bidders for Project 24-487, Jordan-Hare Stadium – East Upper Level, Replace Sanitary Lines. The work includes replacing all above-ground sanitary and vent piping on the east side of the stadium; bathroom fixtures and piping are to remain. A pre-bid conference is scheduled at the stadium. Bidders must submit proposals on the proposal forms or copies furnished by the architect. A certified check or bid bond payable to Auburn University, equal to at least 5% of the bid amount but not exceeding $10,000, must accompany the proposal. Performance and statutory labor and material payment bonds will be required at contract signing. Prequalification is required under the Code of Alabama.
